What does one do with 19.2 pounds of strawberries? Make freezer jam of course!

Step 1: Thoroughly wash strawberries.
Step 2: Slice.

Step 3: Mash.

Step 4: Measure out 4 cups of mashed berries.

Step 5: Combine one packet of pectin with 1 1/2 cups sugar and berries.

Step 6: Stir for 3 1/2 minutes.

Step 7: Ladle into jars.

Step 8: Let set for 30 minutes.

Step 9: Enjoy!!
