Victorious?!

Seems to me that Baby Sister is claiming victory in this picture, over what I'm not sure. If I were to guess, I'd say that she is raising those little arms in victory after having found and eaten a hardened, day-old pea on the floor from the previous night's dinner. I sure hope not but I wouldn't put it past her.
