While Baby Sister may take some hair-styling cues straight from the Girl's play book...
when it comes to clothes, she is developing a style that is all her own. This week the Girl has been attending Vacation Bible School for 2 1/2 hours each evening and during that time we've been enjoying one-on-one time with Baby Sister. Last night she plucked this skirt (belonging to the Girl) out of the ever-present pile of clean laundry waiting to be folded and put away mounded in our comfy
chair, slipped it on over her head, tugged it over one shoulder and slipped her arm out. She then wore it around the house that way for the rest of the evening until it was time for pajamas and bed. I thought it was quite an innovative show of creativity, style and resourcefulness. Not to mention darn cute! Here are the big Girls on the last night of VBS. The theme was
High Seas and it received rave reviews from both the Girl and
Miss A. In fact, the Girl enjoyed it so much that she asked if she could go again next week.
