Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July! I love having all my Girls matchy-matchy in color coordinating red, white and blue!

We celebrated our freedom today by heading to the annual 4th of July parade in a neighboring town and meeting up with friends. The sidewalks oozed patriotism with young and old alike donning the colors of our flag and...
festive hats.

I caught Baby Miss in a fit of giggles brought on by the tickling fingers of her Daddy.
Some preferred a little help when it came to muting the wails of police car and fire engine sirens.
While others opted for the natural approach.
I've seriously never seen so much candy tossed out at any other parade before and of course it was a huge hit with the
kiddos. Little Sister spent much of the parade safely camped out behind my friend's chair until I made her sit on my lap, which she wasn't very happy about. It was our first year attending this parade and I'm fairly certain that it will find it's way onto our ever-growing list of favorite summer past-times.
