Cabin Fever

Today we headed north. My friend invited us to spend the day at her parents' cabin. When we arrived the skies were cloudy and the tide

was out but the view was still beautiful. While we hoped for some sunshine, the logs burning in the wood stove kept us warm and toasty

We didn't have to wait long before the clouds blew through revealing blue sky and sunshine. We hightailed it down to the beach

where digging, rock collecting and shell hunting ensued. We were the only ones out on the beach, it was so quiet and peaceful.

And so very relaxing. We left with cabin fever. As in, we want our own cozy, little beachfront cabin!
