Still hair today!

Yep, the Girl still has her long locks. I thought it in the best interest of my marriage to go against her wishes and opted for just a trim. She has been to the salon half a dozen times and relishes every single minute from the shampoo to the blow drying. (I just love how she has her feet crossed in the picture.) As I was buckling her into her carseat afterwards I asked her if she was sad that we didn't get it cut short. She nodded her

head and said, "I really, really wanted to cut it short." I told J that next time we should let her do it and that he now has a couple of months to get used to the idea. Apparently the Girl overheard me telling him this as she asked me just a few moments ago if she can get her hair cut again tomorrow - short. Ha!

I'm all for shorter hair on wiggly preschoolers but. . . I found this!

I can't wait to practice on Em - if she'll sit still!

I keep telling Em she can donate to Locks of Love. She's not buying that & wants her long hair.
