It's never too early.....

.....to get into the holiday spirit. Right?! Hmmm.....J would absolutely disagree. Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday (of the year) and he gets downright offended and disgusted when the Christmas inventory gets shelved, often times even before Halloween has come and gone. So while the Girl is learning about the food that the "Mexicans" (Me: Uhm, don't you mean the Native Americans? The Girl: Yah.) shared with the pilgrims on that first Thanksgiving so many years ago, we are watching Christmas shows (Merry Madagascar Christmas) on television while the neighbors' Christmas lights (They've been up since Monday of last week!) softly illuminate the dark night and J is none too happy about any of it. As for me: if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Hence the previous post. Wouldn't you agree that the role of Holiday elf suits Baby Sister quite perfectly?! It was as if she were born to wear an elf costume!
